Hi, my name is Joe Apostol, I'm with Apostol Real Estate. I am a realtor in the Solano County Area. Solano County, it's an up and coming place. It's considered the North Bay. It's North of San Francisco, and strategically placed. You are not too far from Sacramento and not too far from Lake Tahoe. You have easy access to highway 80, highway 680, 780, and the 37. You can jump on over to Marin County if you wanted to have a night out on the town for dinner, dancing, and theater. You can drive to San Francisco, which is less than an hour away. A lot of bedroom communities exist in Solano County due to the ferry service in Vallejo. It's a strategically placed to enjoy everything that Northern California has to offer.
