I want to be known for being more than just a realtor. I want to be known as the person who helped shift the direction of a family’s financial future, having created generational wealth.

Hi, my name is Joe Apostol of Apostol Real Estate. I am a realtor in Solano county, part of the greater San Francisco bay area. Three words that describe my business: family oriented, integrity and excellence. I've taken the last 10 years training specifically on how to listen. I think the ability to listen really impacts every area of your life, because when you truly know what the person in front of you is trying to communicate in terms of what their needs and wants are, you can both be aligned and be in action together.

My Background Before Real Estate

My two previous careers, the first as a construction project manager and before that as a banker, both give me a unique angle when looking at real estate. Having a complete understanding of both the homebuilding and mortgage process gives me a unique vantage point from which to stand. In my personal life, I am a husband, a father, and a resident of Solano County. I have also been studying martial arts for over 20 years, teaching in my spare time Bruce Lee’s art of Jeet Kune Do and the Filipino Martial Arts style of Original Giron Escrima.

The reason somebody typically would take me on as their agent, is because I'm able to expand possibilities beyond the real estate transaction. As a project manager, banker, property investor, and homeowner myself, I’m able to create short and long term financial plans for families around their homes. I'm an expert in the legal aspect of the real estate transaction process, and when I sit down at the negotiation table, I'm a fearless negotiator in terms of getting the best possible deal for my client. It's very gratifying that knowing what I do for a living has a huge impact on not only the local community, the county and the state and the nation overall.

What you can expect from my team

My plan in the next 3 to 5 years is to be the number one solo agent in Solano county by transaction count. Some of my longer-term goals are to build a small team and further down the road, establish my own brokerage. You can expect to be working with a group of regular people, just like you and I, who live, work and know the community well. But the difference is, we're real estate experts with the knowledge, background, experience, vision and drive to guide you through the real estate process and beyond with freedom and ease.
